From what I've read they did get James Earl Jones to make new voice overs.

What I'm curious about is how the adventures are chosen. Is it strictly ramdonly selected by the computer?

I am also wondering at sometime in the future if you will be able to select your adventure through the much ballyhooed RFID technology.

Where is that innocent little boy gleefully running ahead of Mom, and Dad to get in line for Peter Pan's Flight back in 1974.

My cousin Tadpole likes to drink his own homemade Dandelion wine. He's kind of the sophisticate of the family.

I have heard rumor to this effect but nothing I've been able to verify with Disney.

    Doobie.

Incidentally, anyone else notice that the voice of the droid delivering the safety spiel is Allison Janney? It has been confirmed that she is the voice os Aly San San, the safety droid.

Not confirmed is that Jennifer Lewis, the original safety spieler (with the doughnuts on her head?) is seen, seated in the front row to the far right, in the new video. I think it was her, but I cannot be certain.

So to conclude. Star Tours is looking good, but it is still Star Tours.

There are references to spaceport security which is an obvious play on the TSA and all that stuff. So what might happen is that a guest picks up on this and starts making jokes of their own, about bombs, about terrorists, etc, and gets detained by Disneyland security after another guest not in on a joke complains.

People know not to make those jokes at an airport by now. But at a theme park? We live in a crazy world.

Were you a fan of Star Tours before this refurb Dave?

Did you feel like it was not worth riding more than once?
