I'd be very surprised to see an AC-type venue anywhere else on WDW property for a host of reasons - the main ones being that it doesn't fit into the family-friendly mantra that underpins WDW these days (standalone bars are not liked by management) and the cost of operating a themed show-bar. Expect to see more restaurants on the old PI land - and the three key O&O restaurateurs will be at the heart of it - Landry's, Levy and Patina.

Same for DtD Anaheim which is dominated by Patina - Patina is in a much better position that Landry's but it is still susceptible to the economy and folks spending on Splichal's concepts. One of the biggest problems in the restaurant business right now is differentiation. Every celebrity chef who has appeared on Iron Chef seems to have restaurants bearing his/her name now. The days of Puck being in an exclusive club of one have gone.

Fun, unique, and appealed to an vastly under appreciated Disney demographic: adults without kids.
