Regarding DL's fireworks... I assume this is the Christmas show since the snow fall effect was shown. This seems to be a new version of the program since I do not recall lasers being shot from the Castle before.

At then end of the song, and the snow effect, Julie Andrews comes on again, and states something like, Remember, Holiday Dreams can come true... As for the DCA, it is a nice tree, but after the hype in the AP newsletter, the lighting ceremony seemed really lame... They claimed the tree lighting would be a Magical Disney Moment, and Lisa and I were there at 4:45, and it was nothing special, we both called it weak and lame. And it looks like a traditional tree to us, and nothing like what we expected when they said "non-traditional, contemporary color palette".... But I guess it really did match up with the "ambience and attitude" of DCA... disappointing!

From your pix, I also really like the DCA tree and think the area looks great all light up!
