I booked the room for $109, I think it was on the hojoanaheim website, that was the best I could find and it was with the Annual passholders' rate. (15% as opposed to the 10% rate with the Entertainment card. I call once a week to see if the rates have lowered, but they just seem to get higher.) I can't really afford to stay that long at that rate, so if it doesn't get any lower I'll have to shorten my stay

Can't help you on which room to choose as we usually see what is available in our price choice when we check in so we don't have to stow our luggage before heading to DLR. You might try emailing Willie and asking if he can give you the entertainment rate...he has done that for us in the past. Hope you get it!!

The national Howard Johnson reservation line, the Entertainment website, and the HoJo website won't give it to you. And that rate is only available for some dates. But I have been able to get it quite a few times.
