I would think this particular developement would be a lower priority for Dsney rather than the "other" DVC offerings already planned and on the books. Whats the big deal about DVC? Everyone should know by now that Disney is bigtime into DVCs.

We stayed there several times between '80-'83. If you asked me when I was 12 what my favorite part of our WDW vacation was I probably would have said staying at the Treehouse Villas and driving the golf carts.
