Originally Posted By leemac ^^ It's a pointless exercise - you won't ever be able to have the tenant directory to match M@M, Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets or the old Belz so it is better to be more selective. Uniqlo isn't in FL yet so that is a decent tenant but I would have thought they would want to skew more upscale than those retailers. Uniqlo and ZARA is probably better suited to Flamingo Crossing.

The way that DTD had been headed, it was becoming an endless string of Disney stores selling Disney merchandise that you can get anywhere else at Disney. I'm looking forward to the new restaurant options. I googled Edision and if it is the same restaurant/bar/club like the one in LA, this will be a cool addition. However I'm wondering about the dress code. No one will bring extra fancy clothes just for an evening at Edision.

I think it serves a market that is definitely there. I am not in that class, but the only place I have spent substantial money over that past 10 years is the Art of Disney Store. After almost 25 years of visits, I don't need any more cheap tourist trinkets. If I buy something at Disney, I want unique and I want quality. I don't buy every visit, but when I do I spend some money.
