I also remember there being many foldouts. One thing in particular was a layout for the indiana jones ride which showed the chamber of destiny and how the passngers could choose which path by turning the steering wheel. There was also a track plan for space mountain. I have looked everywhere for this book and haven't been able to find it. (it's kind of tough when you can't look inside the books you find on the net) I have already purchase imagineering and the art of disneyland. If you have any idea of any books like this PLEASE Let me know!

I'd be interested to know if you find it. Good luck.

The three chambers are really one and the same; scrims and lighting make a single chamber look different.

Yeah, if you look closely at the three doors to the chambers, you can tell that the whole thing moves, so that it appears your car is going to one particular door, when it all goes to the one chamber anyway...just different effects like you said.

I haven't picked it up in a while, but after looking at your scan (not that bad, by the way), I remembered seeing it. Now, I don't really think this book has pullouts, but, maybe memory is combinign things, or enhancing them?

Note that it depicts only the waiting line and boarding area, in a slightly fanciful way. It goes completely into the realm of fiction in its depiction of the three chambers.

And for arguements sake, does anybody remember the steering wheels being able to move. I seem to have a memeory (although it may of come from this book and I often fantasize about disneyland) that I could turn the wheel right left or straight if I just left it.
