I was asked about the Build A Bear package. Here is a link that describes what it is. The package is built into the rate. You have the specify the Build A Bear rate when you reserve.

    <a href="http://embassysuites.hilton.com/en/es/promotions/es_buildabear/index.jhtml?adId=buildabeares" target="_blank">http://embassysuites.hilton.co
    m/en/es/promotions/es_buildabear/index.jhtml?adId=buildabeares</a>,buildabearspecofferes

I plugged in the night of June 25th to check, and the difference in rate was $10 if you choose this package.

Can I ask you again in case I missed it, how long does it take for you to drive there, park the car and get to the gate? Finally this past year, my little one is out of a stroller so we wouldn't mind not being within walking distance if the place was a great as ES looks. We like the extra room and the free full breakfast and have stayed at other ES and really liked them. I think the rate is not that bad compared to other ES either.

How long is the shuttle ride? Does it come just every 1/2 hour? Since you've been so many times, what room do you ask for? What are the views like?

I was thinking of booking it for our Nov trip but just today finally gave in to the 4th night free deal for the DLH and then we will head up to LA to do Thanksgiving with family. I just used the AP code to buy LION KING tickets for the day after!! So excited and the best part is we leave for DL on this Friday too!! I think I got my money's worth out of our annual passes.

I think I will ride by ES while we are there just to look around. Thanks in advance for answering my questions and posting those great pictures. Aren't you the one who had all the pics of the BWPPI too? After looking at those, we stayed there too! That is an easy walk to be sure but we've decided we like something a little more "upscale" I guess.

Trams are usually waiting when you exit the parking garage.

I don't ask for any particular room. I've liked all of them I've had. My Hilton profile shows that I prefer high floors away from the elevator, and they've always come through.

They have some rooms advertised at "Large". Yep, they are big! But the extra space is in the bedroom, not in the living room. So, unless you bring an airbed for someone, it's wasted space. The large rooms are right above the entrance to the hotel. They have large bow windows, which give the extra space.

From the front of the hotel, you can see the Crystal Cathedral in the distance. On the north side, it faces the parks, but I've never been able to see the fireworks. Too far, and too many other buildings in the way. The back side of the hotel overlooks a driving range (golf), and the south side overlooks the pool and you see the Hyatt.

We are going to Washington DC soon and are staying at the ES there so we are looking forward to that too! They seem to all be pretty much alike with consistently good reviews.

I'd ask your question, then book the package for however many kits you need, and the rest of the nights at the non-package rate. Why should you have to pay $10 extra on those nights and get nothing for it?
