One time I did see a "Seizure Dog" in Disneyland, not sure if it was a real seizure dog or not because I've never heard of them before. Actually, I can't even recall ever seeing a See and Eye dog. Hmmm... I would also love it if they had a Pets Day too! It'd be fun!

I'm sure their owners claim "assistance animal" but I'm not so sure. Would you put your seizure dog in a Coach Bag? Maybe, I would. But I think I'd want the dog to be at a level where they coudl detect something. I've seen traineed dogs, too. They have the signs that say they are in training and I've seen their trainers work with them in "assisting" the person manage the crowds. I figure if a dog can manage that, they're pretty well on their way to graduation. We did see a little fluffy dog on a leash on the way to the kennel. The dog was acting like it was going to get a treat or a giant bone, he was so excited and pulling the owner, like he KNEW where he was going.

I'd love to see a picture or video of something like that.

They all look happy and not upset at all.

Like Deb I would love to take my dogs to Disneyland, they always end up being the "people" I miss most while I'm away on vacation (don't tell my family and friends I said that).

(It is a volunteer organization and the dogs are placed free of charge.) Disney supports our organization and we frequently visit with our pups in training. It is one of the best locations to use for training. Our dogs learn to sit quietly, they don't bark, and they sleep through fireworks!!
