She just needs to do herself a favor and shut up....LOL, it's OK to think these things, or even tell your husbands these things, but maybe you shouldn't tell the press these things...

PS. I am not a Hillary supporter. Wouldn't vote for her if she were the only one running, but, no one deserves to have their words twisted that badly.

This was in reference to why she isn't dropping out. Obviously she knows if she drops out and Obama is assasinated, she might not get the nominee. It's in black and white in her comments.

Here's her apology for the remark...

    >>"I regret that if my referencing that moment of trauma for our entire nation and in particular the Kennedy family was in any way offensive. I certainly had no intention of that whatsoever," the former first lady said.<<

It's especially distasteful given the news about Senator Kennedy's health.

But it shows that perhaps she intends to stay in there until the convention, at least. Heck, she may go independent after that. Who knows?

She's right, I don't understand it, either. I don't understand what the hell she was trying to say, but whatever it was, it came out wrong. I also don't understand why she's still in the race. Where's the lovely and talented kimber to explain away this one?

As to the California reference, California's primary is no longer held in June. Maybe she is confused and thinks she can count California twice (well, they've crunched the numbers just about every other way... why not?)

And by the way, I personally hate apologies that contain "if". That's the wormiest type of apology there is. It's better to not even make one.

Agreed, I hate that too. Replace if with "that" and it works fine.
