    I just watched Christopher Shays, who lost his Republican congressional seat in Connecticut (and a good guy, BTW) saying he'd happily be a part of this administration if he's asked. I hope this enthusiasm can continue so we can improve our country. This is truly what it means to be a uniter and not a divider.

No one side has all the answers, and I think people realize the fix we're in, so hopefully with the campaign behind us, we'll take advantage of this small window of opportunity to truly work towards addressing the economic meltdown, the housing crisis and so forth.

    Then, in a couple years, the battle to take credit and affix blame can begin again. ; )
