    That's so messed up. What's sad is people will defend it (as the Representative did in the video) as "necessary" and "harmless." It's just a sign of what our political system has become, however. It's really going through the motions. We the people have little power left.

    I don't care if they're Democrats, Republicans, or Whigs. No one should be doing it.

    Members of the Texas legislature are shown voting multiple times. The desks have voting machines in them and if someone is absent the other members race around the room trying to tally up as many votes for their side as possible by voting for them. In one case, while one person is voting for someone else, another sneaks up and steals the guy's own vote!
