It's bad enough that this immoral and unethical behavior actually happened to this guy at the hands of law enforcement and complicit medical personnel. But for the cops to knowingly break the law to carry this out, makes it doubly heinous.

They had zero legal authority to take Mr. Eckert out of Luna County where the search warrant was issued and into Grant County when the first medical facility they went to in Luna County denied to do the medical procedures.

The medical staff at the hospital in Grant County should have refused to perform these exams as did the personnel in Luna County since it's against their Hippocratic Oath to perform medically unnecessary invasive procedures. There was no point to this other than the law enforcement officers getting their jollies by torturing this guy.

And since this is yet another state seemingly hellbent on becoming another crazytown bigoted place like Texas, I'll bet you dollars to donuts that the officers and the judge issuing the search warrant were white and Mr. Eckert was not.

    betchya betchya betchya

But at what cost? Where is our "freedom" when this could happen to ANY one of us?

Don't clinch your butt cheeks if you get pulled over by the police. :/

A lot of their physical encounters could be avoided if they were a little more civil and polite.

What makes it even more heinous is that cops don't get punished for doing this kind of stuff.
