On LDS.or there are tens of thousands of pages of LDS discourses, church manuals, and doctrines - on any topic you can think of. This is what we believe. Wanna know? Go there. Also..Get a free copy of the Book of Mormon at the website and read it yourself to find out about that book. Don't rely on what members like me - or especially people with a grudge against the church - to tell you what to think. If you want to know what Mormons do and what they believe, ask a current, active member of the Church, or visit the official website. -- Note: There are many sites and people out there who will try to bring down the LDS church, bring up odd historical quotes, talk about tiny details of hard-to-understand doctrines, and generally just talk negatively about the church. Also, there are a few on this site who used to be LDS, but seem to no longer be practicing members of the Church. Their attitude toward the church varies from amiable to hatred, but I suggest you do not use them as your primary source of info about the LDS church. If the choose to respond with clever and witty remarks, they are welcome to. Just remember - the truth about the LDS church is readily available - at www.LDS.org. Judge for yourself. Don't let my bias persuade you to love it, and don't let others bias against it persuade you against it.

Um, just because we disagree doesn't mean we're wrong. In fact, one might argue that seeing both sides might give one perspective. But don't worry, I won't spoil your proseletyzing effort by sharing my opinions.

Please understand, I don't ask Mormons about this myself (as I understand it is a private subject), but it is one which many are interested in and curious about. So when seeking that information from lds.org ("any topic you can think of," as the OP put it), the results are as follows: mormon temple ceremony: 506 Articles range from architecture to overseas efforts to public dedication ceremonies-- but none dealing with the actual ceremonies conducted in temple precincts. Perhaps if the search were refined? >>mormon "temple ceremony": 21<< Three lovely articles on the Mormon Church in Iceland, some Q and As on Temple marriages, but, again, nothing on actual Temple ceremonies. Please understand I am not being contentious. I am just pointing out that there are any number of questions that people may ask, and it is not likely that all answers will be available at the sites offered.

You will find many article and books about WHY the temple ceremony is sacred, what it is about, what it is for, etc. on LDS.org.
