Jacoby's firm, Young Political Majors YPM, was hired by the Californian Republican Party to register voters. Jacoby's firm is accused of "slamming." There is some potential trouble because the McCain campaign's CA co-chair Steve Poizner has been associated with YPM in the past. There have been many stories in the various CA papers about Mark Jacoby's arrest, I can link if someone wants, but Google works quite well. But here is an LA Times link anyway. http://www.latimes.com/news/lo...57.story
