Someone has already paid $90K for a chartered fligh. We have a crew at the airport waiting, but there is the penalty phase thursday and 4 counts of "Providing False Information To A Law Enforcement Officer". Each carrying a possible 4 year sentance. And a prior charge of Check Fraud. So who knows when she will actually walk out a free woman.

If that jury convicted her of 1st degree murder they were, in effect, putting her to death. You can't have doubts about putting someone to death. I believe Casey Anthony killed her daughter. I'm don't believe the prosecution proved it beyond reasonable doubt...and that is the standard. But, let's be honest. This happens more frequently than we all know. It just so happens 99% of the cases don't end up being of interest to Nancy Grace.
