    He appears to also possess cloaking technology, as few if any has ever seen him, his reindeer, or his house at the North Pole. I have read "The Physics Of Star Trek," and it basically says cloaking technology would be incredibly expensive, based on it's need for power generation.

    The guy MUST be loaded.

    Those lists are always a fun read. For some reason I imagine Scrooge to be higher than he is, probably number two or three. And they rarely get the comic book guys accurate. Right now Lex Luthor is below Bruce Wayne. After all the problems he had during his presidency, he lost his company to Bruce Wayne.
