    Umm.... if the hotel staff knows about this problem why do they allow people to sunbathe in the area unknowingly putting themselves in danger? That seems rather negligent.

    I was wondering about that too. Why don't they just rope off that area or something?

    What danger? Slightly singed hair?

    Geez, we'd better contact all the restaurants that use candles on the tables to warn them of this potential "danger"! ;)

    "Slightly" tinged hair? Did you read the article X? The temperatures in the 10'x15' zone are estimated to range between 120 and 160 degrees. That sounds pretty unsafe to me.

    Doesn't sound so bad to me. I've had sunburns that were far worse.

    If someone as fair as i were to be in the hot spot i would surely have the worst burn of my life. Burns can = Skin cancer down the road, so yea pretty serious.
