Now many that are registered won't be voting because they are still in jail. I didn't know that there was a question as to whether it would throw out Florida's votes. I'll bet if they examined many other states they would probably find the same thing. It may be a bigger problem in Florida as they just gave the right to vote to Felons after they have served their sentences and paid all restitution owed. This may be causing a backlash in paperwork.
