    So says this Republican Congresswoman.

What's next? Worse than the Holocaust? It makes your mommas so fat jokes? It bet everything on the Washington Generals?

At this point the word "terrorist" is going the way of "Communist" frankly. They're overusing it to the point where it no longer packs a punch like it used to.

    Same with Hitler, Fascism, etc...

And we're still in only the first year of the administration. Where will they go from here? Wherever it is, they're going to continue sounding more and more ridiculous and outright paranoid insane to any and all normal people.

    I'm enjoying it.

There is a nimrod down the street who flew an old Soviet flag for a few weeks after Obama was elected.

No, I think they still have plenty left in their closets, storage units and paramilitary compounds.

Your understanding is seriously warped. If that's your understanding of god, then you're god's a total tool and you really need to find a new one.

And now, Glenn Beck, crazy person, has compared the fight against healthcare to being 9/11 victims. Wow.

    These people are something else.

This is a pretty brutal Onion newscast about Glenn Beck. I've seen the Onion do some gutsy things, but never like this.

Fair warning: there was one foul word that I heard in it.

What I'm genuinely curious about is what makes people so wary of the Democrats right now? I mean, Republicans have shown just what a train wreck they've been for a while now. It just didn't start with Obama's Presidency. And yes, I'm talking just about the parties right now, not crazy people who self-identify as Republican or Democrat. The Republican party leadership - as wahoo even noted - is a disaster.

So what exactly have Democrats done that's such a turn off? I really think people need to re-evaluate what they believe and see which party caters to those beliefs.

Small government? Shrank more under Clinton that Reagan or Bush.

Less government waste? Did Clinton lose 10 billion dollars in a war?

    Isolationism? Ought to be self-explanatory

Government out of private life? Again, self-explanatory

Belief in middle-America and the American dream? Being slowly strangled to death by corporate interests, and backed 100% by Republicans (backed about 80% by Democrats).

Seriously, if you're an old-school, Goldwater Republican, the Democrats are a far better choice. If you're a noise-machine Republican uninterested in facts, then the current party will suit you just fine.

And if you're a liberal like me...well...move to Europe, cause there ain't no sign it's gonna get better for us.
