"Oh, that's Little Sally's pony... She left it out there again..." Crazy times.

NEVER PICK UP A TOY DURING WAR TIME ["Charlie" sometimes made exploding booby traps out of conspicuous items laying around, like toys]

That's really what this day is all about.

Should we all be living in fear because of the very small chance that we could be involved in a terrorist attack? People die everyday - it's a sad, but true, fact of life. Yes, we should be doing things to counter terrorism, but we should be doing it in a smart way that doesn't cause the population to constantly be living in fear.

Part of living is deciding which risks are worth taking and which aren't. We walk on the sidewalk, despite the possibility that some mad driver could run us down. We eat in restaurants despite the possibility that some mad cook could poison us. You have to decide which threats are probable and which aren't. The media doesn't help, since it tends to focus on the spectacular and unusual.

I guess you hate Christians too, considering they've been responsible for some pretty horrible attrocities too throughout the centuries? Right?
