No indictment for chokehold NYPD cop

    Chokeholds are against NYPD guidelines.

    The cop is easily seen putting Garner in a chokehold on video.

    Garner is screaming "I can't breathe!" and goes limp several minutes later.

    WHY IS THIS COP NOT BEING INDICTED?

    We as a nation are in serious trouble.
