I was hoping that a Republican did not get in this time, but I do enjoy seeing the Democrats fall apart so completely over basically nothing.

I imagine the Clinton camp is really pretty resigned to not winning, though, because they keep talking about what a great ticket the both of them would be together. With them both on, I guess that would mean the children who want to take their marbles and go home without voting will still vote, and that means only an embarassing defeat instead of outright humiliation for the Democrats.

There's a reason people dislike Democrats. They really are a useless bunch.

Pretty much. It is amusing watching this Hillary fan starting so many threads, trying to convince the 20 regulars of WE of something.

With that said,I think your correct that Hillarys camp knows they cant win which is why she keeps harping on a this Obama/Clinton ticket.Shes a terrible candidate anyhow, shes got too many negatives and provides the GOP too much fuel, thats why your seeing Limbaugh and the crazy righties rooting for her, they know shes easier to run against.

When someone says if I don't get my way, I'm not playing, then yes, that's about as much a childish attitude you can get.

Yeah, that's such strange behavior. It's not exactly like anyone here is going to tip the balance. The choice between Obama and Clinton is like choosing between Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

Contrarywise, there is more of a choice between either of these two and the Republican. There is some difference there. Not a whole lot, but at least some.

"Hillarys camp knows they cant win which is why she keeps harping on a this Obama/Clinton ticket"

    Ditto!

By the election, I didn't care for either of the choices. I was tired of voting "against" someone, or choing the lesser of two evils.

So, I chose "none of the above" by voting for everything except the president. I don't think my "protest" did a lick of good, and in Califonia, it wasn't like my lone vote changed a thing in terms of how the state went. But when you don't like the two choices, and you can't stomach voing "for" someone when you're really just doing o to vote "against" the other canddate, I don't think there's anything wrong wth taking a pass.

(That said, I really could be fine with any of the three finalists being presdent. Any of them would likely do a bettr job than this administration.)

I still didn't want Bush in. Kerry would have been a better choice.
