If I drive 60 miles up to Allentown (still in PA), gas is .08-.10 cheaper. Go figure.

It is tough to do any kind of budgeting personally or professionally when they rise and fall like a rollercoaster.

I do place the responsibility at his feat for creating an environment where it can happen, but it was the oil companies that took advantage of that environment. Now that things look like they may change, they are scaling back a little so things don't change.

The prices you pay for heating oil or gasoline aren't set in boardrooms in Texas but in trading rooms at commodities markets all over the world. Gas prices aren't set in shadowy conferences in shooting lodges, but in rooms of people shouting or punching computer keys in London, New York, and Tokyo. Oil is a world commodity like tin or copper or rubber or coffee. The price is set by traders anticipating supply and demand. http://finance.yahoo.com/colum nist/article/yourlife/2973

They need the stability that democrats give with their government controls, and humanistic value systems.
