This was an attempt to get people to look and open their eyes and think objectively about terrorism and how we handle ourselves. And also a test to actually check whether the partisan American media was covering this stuff, or if there was any interest on LP for discussing it.

Where did it say that the would be bombers were motivated by Christianity? It loosely talked about an IRA connection but never made a full blown factual tie. Just because a very large % of members are Catholic doesn't mean the Catholic church endorses their behavior. IRA, at it core motivation, seeks political recognition and in their warped minds a redress for years of English(who happened to be more protestant) oppression and neglect(as in the potato famine).

If I had put "Muslim Terrorist attack on Fort hood", I would have been slammed until there was no tomorrow.... and I would have deserved it...
