**According to the Web site Shanghailist, the advertisement reads:

Students are our future, but when something happens to them, who will help and protect them? Chongqing Huaxi Women's Hospital has started Students Care Month, where those students who come to get an abortion can get 50% off if they show their student ids. Abortion surgeries are the most advanced in the world, won't stretch (your womb), won't hurt, it's quick, and you can do what you want afterward, it won't affect your studies or your work.**

Well, I guess at least that puts a sock in the right winger "gubmint healthcare will pay for abortions!" tripe. They don't even manage that in Communist China and have to resort to bluelight specials!

Well, that would work in most cases but in places like Texas they are not allowed to teach kids that condoms can prevent pregnancy. Maybe when all of those kids who ignore the abstinence part of their abstinence only educations the 1/2 price abortions will be in higher demand.

Study out yesterday...For the 6th consecutive year, Texas leads the nation in repeat teenage pregnancies. Dallas is #1 on the list of US cities. And 5 of the top 15 cities are in Texas.
