Sorry, but I heard that little ditty years and years ago and somehow it seemed appropriate here. If Admin feels it must be removed I apologize in advance.

Legal in a place that everyone has a choice in, for example a beach, campground, club, hotel, what have you where people are aware or made aware of the fact that nudity is involved. That way they can choose.

This particular "temporary" ordinance was in response to a local resident that insisted on walking down Main Street in the raw and attending public meetings, Au Natural. I don't think anyone has a right to force others to witness his/her fetish.

BTW, does anyone remember the Naked Guy who was trying to go to UC Berkely naked? He'd attend colleges and walk around naked. They kicked him out of school.

He was a troubled person. Ended up committing suicide in jail.

Seems to me that you answered your own question on that one. It is OK to feel comfortable naked but in the case of public display when no one else is participating then it is just exhibitionism, plan and simple. It his fetish and now he wants me to become an unwilling participant. Not good!

Other than supermodels, etc., most people look awful when naked! ;-)

I recall reading about that. Apparently some women felt sexually harrased by the "naked guy".

What if it's a town filled with supermodels and it's just you?

I would think they'd be awfully sunburned and leathery though. We wear clothes for protection. But everyone has basically the same parts. I don't get the hysteria.

We are just conditioned to think otherwise. Nudity hurts no one unless your embarrassed for your own personal reasons. I do agree however that there are places for it because of others feelings towards it. Having special towns, beaches etc..is the way to go. this way if you dont like it, you don't go there.

Actually, if everyone was naked all the time, people being 25 pounds overweight would be pretty average and no one would care.

People can decide as a group to object to anything. I personally object to people having green lawns. I much prefer crabgrass. So, I'm offended. Does that mean anything? I don't think so. It's just a random thing to be offended by.

Beauty is just in the eye of the beholder. Shallow people only see the outide, they don't wish to see the potential"within" beauty.
Maybe to you someone who is overweight is unattractive no matter what they wear. Maybe to someone else though, overweight people are the most beautiful people in the world.
Ugly isnt just outside looks, ugly is inside too. I've come across some extremely attractive people only to realize they have ugly personalities, and to me that makes them ugly outside as well.
Beautiful people on the inside shine on the outside just as bright if not even brighter. SOME people just have to open thier eyes and look.
Someday, we will all be old and worn and beauty is not about surface then. For some, it will be then and only then they they will "get it". ( Hopefully)
