Remodeling projects are expensive, and there are times that it looks like your house - your biggest asset and a representation of who you are - is being destroyed. Then there's the skepticism that is born from the expense of the project and the lack of knowledge about all of the details that someone like Patrick has to keep in mind. It's easy to feel like you're getting taken if you don't really understand all of the intricacies of code requirements and such. I think it will be interesting to hear what Patrick's experiences are from dealing with people during such a stressful and vulnerable time.
