I wouldn't - people should be free to be who they are, as long as they don't try to impose their way of doing things on other people. In other words, if all the Hasidim in that part of Brooklyn want to close their businesses on Saturday, fine. If they want to insist that non-Hasidic businesses must also be closed on Saturday, not fine.
