Well read this interview from 1990 - 2 years after he took office, and tell me where Job Lieberman has changed his stance on much .....the fact is those registered Dem's who voted in the primary changed, not Joe.
Now I am not stumping Joe for sainthood here, or anythinglike that, but this gave me a different perspective.

I must admit he calls it as he sees it in this interview - giving credit to Bush senior for some things and calling him out for his domestic programs also..fair and balanced IMHO...at least he has opinions even if all may not match mine.

personally against abortion - but not as a legislator - understands the issue

pro military and strength - but was anti SDI spending

interested to see the opinions here...some I am afraid of already, others will be valuable

the interviewer at the time Adam Meyerson is not a right wing nut job before anyone goes there - a graduate of Yale / Harvard and Stanford and married to the daughter of the owners of the N Y Times ( also editor of PC magazine for a while )- a business man yes..
