Maybe a cut above that... the first photo of the tall trees. And the branches and foliage in the sun pic. Looking at the chessboard picture makes me need to hold onto the edge of my desk. The visual interest is overshadowed by the visceral response, in my case. Better you should photograph that setting from another angle.
