Google seems all messed up

    It was a mistake in the filter list that Google uses to determine whether or not to include that warning. Someone accidentally added "/" to the list, which matches all websites.

    There shouldn't be any risk from clicking any links, although it is always a good idea to have anti-virus software installed and to do periodic scans.
