I know of people that have been married in a location away from home, and chose to get married in a legal sense in their hometown by just going down the license bureau and signing the papers for a civil ceremony. So the wedding ceremony at the destination location that everyone went to didn't have any legal connotation, and therefore no paperwork to complete with a distant state's marriage bureau. So, does Disney not support this sort of arrangement, where the legal formalities are handled in the home state?
