    I finally gave up and watched the address on YouTube an hour later (yup, didn't crash til FOUR in the A.M. that night).

    Was the connection okay on your end?

    (and yes, I felt the same way too...although I was watching an MSNBC feed and frankly their collective propaganda and rhetoric was a little hard to swallow, even for me!)

    Did the audio remain intact but the "live video" turn into a slide show? That's the preferred way to downgrade a live video feed if necessary.

    Nope. Everything cut out for seconds at a time, but then when it came back, there were no gaps in the audio or video that I could detect (so I got further and further behind actual "live").

    The audio plus slide show sounds a lot better!
