Just wondering... What do you guys think of Nader... a spoiler or not? Should he just give up? Do you agree with Nader?

Personally I think Nader is getting my vote. I do not believe Nader is a spoiler just a scapegoat. The Democratic party is putting out bad candidates and Republicans are disenfranchising voters to their profit.

In the movie on him "an unreasonable man" one person I think makes a very valid point on Nader saying that if everything he has done had his name on it he would probably be president in a heartbeat... which I agree...

Just interested in all of your opinions...

The problem is that (a) he's a terrible campaigner, and (b) he seems to have decided that he's more important than the causes he espouses.

He needs to back off and let someone else be the candidate of the Left, preferably somebody who can actually deliver a decent speech. He also needs to focus on electing liberal (Green or independent) candidates to local and state offices.

Being labeled as a spoiler and told that he shouldn't run for president, a constitutional right, are real ego boosters..

Agreed for the most part.. the whole speech thing... look who have for a president... Nader at least can make an intelligible statement. He is also not being paid by lobbyists so that probably makes things a bit more difficult for campaigning. However, I do agree that focus needs to put on local offices much more.
