Nevada - a relatively insignificant state in the grand scheme of things - has as it's elected representative the US senate majority leader - one of the most powerful men in the world. Are they really going to throw this guy under the bus for ANYBODY else - let along this tea party loon who can't even spell USA? Considering how every other NV politician is soaked in scandal, Reid has been relatively clean and honest. He's shown himself to be a savvy politician for his entire career. Now he's running against a neophyte who wants to import toxic nuclear waste INTO the state, prohibit alcohol consumption, eliminate social security, dissolve the department of education, remove regulations on wall street, and eliminate environmental protections. So who voted for this clown? And why would we trust them with a fork let alone a ballot? Nevadans should consider themselves lucky to have such a powerful representative in their corner. Instead they vote for one of the most unqualified people imaginable with completely unjustifiable political positions. Why? Because they don't like Obama. They deserve whatever they get.
