I think that a lot of people simply don't have any at all, they just behave in a manner that best suits them to get what they want. That is how they function and operate. Some people just manage to get caught. Or they don't have the benefit of having a little bit more smarts than the average bear, and they do something blatant. But I think what is wrong with this person is not so very different from what you'd find in a lot of others out there leading what appear to be somewhat normal lives.
