That may be the case. Have the police done full interviews with the victims? If they say they never saw the brothers (and thus the brothers never saw them), I guess okay. But if the brothers were aware of their presence, they have to be charged with something, no?

Very strange, although in a weird way, good. I just don't know how they didn't know. The again, I know every inch of two of my brothers' homes and have never been to another's.

I would bet that gender, ethnicity, gang affiliation(if any), type of crime committed, mental state factor in as to where and how one is positioned in prison.......just a guess.
