This whole story has become cartoonish -- Tex Avery couldn't have come up with a more wacky, distorted reaction to some simple line drawings. Being offended is one thing, but this now has reached a level of mass insanity that ASKS to be mocked and laughed at. Whatever valid point Muslims may have had in regards to the original cartoons (and they were tenuous at best to begin with) has now been trampled to the crowd by a mob of crazies. Seems like the much easier, more affordable option. ; )
