The only place one would logically fit is in the World Showcase, and it would absolutely destroy the atmosphere of the place. Epcot has enough thrill attractions in Future World. Let's keep the Showcase thrill ride free. Now, having said that... Yes, it would probably be a very popular attraction.

I think it would have been neat to see the Mt. Fuji and Ginza concepts for the Japan pavilion come to fruition.

Perhaps, if built elsewhere in Future World, (replacing Wonders of Life possibly?), it might work, but, to be honest, I really don't want to see a coaster added to Epcot. However, IF a coaster would eventually be added, I wouldn't mind seeing the Mt. Fuji coaster in Japan or the Matterhorn type ride for a Switzerland pavilion. I think if a coaster is added to WS, it needs to be family oriented, and mostly hidden from view (i.e. mostly indoors). Frankly, I would rather see the planned Rhine River boat ride added to Germany and the magical sleigh ride that was planned for the once proposed Russia pavilion. Those types of attractions fit perfectly into the scope of World Showcase.

(This sort of thing is odd for me to say since both of my favorite rides are thrill rides.) I think rides that really illustrate great things about the countries that they are in would be an excellent addition to the area.

As long as whatever is added would be first class and not clash with the other World Showcase pavilions and attractions.
