I agree with about 80%, though she goes a little overboard in the end.

It's tough to be an immigrant anywhere, and prejudice can leave its mark both ways...

    In any case, it's a thought-provoking video...

So why the heck did she move to Sweden? You can't move to a non-secular and not expect to be exposed to a non-secular lifestyle. If she wanted to remain surrounded by Muslim values she should have stayed in a Muslim country.

I dunno. Some of it just sounds like the teachers are taunting the girl. "You'll never become a doctor if you don't sit next to a boy"? What does that even mean?

I agree to an extent about assimilation, but I also know that schools often bend over backwards to accomodate religious requirements (I remember Jehovah's Witnesses in my school who didn't have to stand and recite the pledge of allegiance, for example). Seems like the opposite is going on here.

I'm sure that Sweden knows about the radicalization that has occurred in Britain, France and Belgium because Muslims maintained total segregation. I don't think they are trying to force her to not be Muslim, but they don't want her to be segregated either. They want to treat her pretty much like everyone else. And since medical schools tend to be dominated by men, she will have a tough time being a doctor if she won't sit next to men.

I just want to say that US reports of radicalization in the U.K. tend to be grossly over exaggerated. I can't speak for France or Belgium, but we really don't have no go areas.
