    The catch of course is:

'Only "satisfactory performers" who are "willing to work on local terms and conditions" should pursue the jobs'

So don't expect anything remotely close to what you are being paid now.

forget the real estate debacle(complete with irresponsible speculators, ill prepared borrowers and unethical lending practices)...... which is very serious to the US's economical health

forget the illegal voluntary migratory patterns of our southern neighbors.... which is moderately serious to the US's economical health

forget the deregulated financiers who ran amuck with investor and gov't money ...... which is very serious to the US's economical health.

forget the public billions and billions(I could just hear Carl Sagan's voice right about now) flushed down Iraqi toilets..... which is very serious to the US's economical health.

The US would be in fairly decent shape if she would build and 'offshore' more quality products and not her jobs; Any firm that offshores should be prosecuted for economic high treason against the state but I guess neither Dems nor Repubs have the integrity to address this with an iron fist.

I wish we had enough genuine patriotism to not actually need to legislate this. Why does it seem like *nothing* is more important than money, mostly for people who already have most of it?
