This is so sad, I can only hope that Obama was not part of this.

That’s right in first paragraph of article. Andy speak with forked tong.

Allegations are just that. Allegations. Right wingers are always alleging things against ACORN, even filing nuisance lawsuits. They hate ACORN with a passion bordering on pathology, because ACORN is very good at registering minorities to vote (and they tend to vote Democratic, and we can't have that, can we?) as well as representing the interests of poor people against more powerful interests outside the voting booth. The Bush Admin. Justice Dept. looked into allegations against ACORN and found they were not substantiated. This is the Bush Justice Dept., mind you - if there had been anything to the allegations, they'd have prosecuted gleefully. But there wasn't. Yet the allegations continue like clockwork. So the Obama admin. was duty-bound to look into newer allegations and found - ta da! - that they were not substantiated. Likewise, the Brooklyn DA (a pretty aggressive DA) looked into the famous case of the Brooklyn ACORN office and found it to be bogus; that video that was shown everywhere had been heavily doctored by the right-wing activists who made it to make it look much worse than it was. In other words, to smear ACORN. You have obviously been imbibing the right-wing koolaid on ACORN, but that doesn't mean either the Bush or Obama Justice Departments have to.

Notably, the FBI document detailing this questionable decision reveals that a "draft Intelligence Bulletin... concludes that ACORN's employment practices perpetuate fraudulent voter registration." The two cases where not connected except that ACCORN was involved. But nice try.

They didn't. I'd say "nice try" for your post, but it doesn't even really rise to that level.

The other says that they are hiding something, or they can reopen it at anytime. Most open mined people think Obama is hiding something, knowing his involvement with ACCORN.

Only people listening to the noise machine think that. Anyone objective would see that both Bush and Obama Justice Departments have reached the same conclusions and there really is "no there, there" when it came to these allegations.
