Cameron says that he and like-minded activists plan to deliver 50,000 copies of an altered version of Darwin's book to students at dozens of U.S. universities." The article also states that Cameron's version will "expose the Cameron's edition also exposes the 'many hoaxes' of evolutionary theory, while presenting a 'balanced view of Creationism.'" Do people like Cameron have brains at all? Here's one that will make Josh particularly proud. One of the best teachers I ever had during K-12 was a high school math instructor, who graduated with honors from BYU. Mr. N was a devout Mormon and made no apologies for his religious beliefs. But he was one of the most grounded individuals I've ever met when it came to science. For Mr. N, the expansiveness of the universe, the beauty of nature, was the proof of God's existence. For him, the Biblical tales were allegorical. The "truth" was found in physics, mathematics, biology, anthropology, archeology, etc, not in this creationism pablum that Cameron and his ilk are preaching. I'm confident that if Mr. N were alive today, he'd be ashamed of the actions of these far right Christians. It is both deplorable and embarrassing.
