If this had been done by Bush there would be massive protests across the country. I support Obama, but this is by far the worst decision he has made as president.

    Russia has one of the five permanent Security Council seats, and can veto any resolution. So at best, Russia voted for it even though it took exception to it, or perhaps Russia abstained. Regardless of their stance of "taking exception to it," Russia could have easily blocked any Security Council action on Libya if they wanted to.

    Bush said "I'm going to war anyone else who doesn't is a traitor."

    The UN said "Hey go help Libya" and Obama said "Yes"

    That's the difference here.
