The requirement is that the President be a "natural born citizen" of the United States, which is generally accepted to mean that the President was a US citizen at birth, and not necessarily that they were actually born in the US (that's why John McCain qualified even though he was born in Panama). In Obama's case, having been born in Hawaii, how is it at all relevant that some other country might also consider him to be a natural born citizen? It's total nonsense.
