Has anyone eaten at Hokkusai or Sakkura?

Considering the gazillion times I've been in the parks at this point, you'd think I'd have tried one, but I just can't seem to bring myself to eat Japanese while at Tokyo Disney with so many various tasty treats that are hard to find elsewhere around town.

Not to mention the fact that I know about a million great Japanese restaurants within 10-20 minutes of the parks at most (I could name 30 easily right over at the next train stop, including the finest Japanese restaurant I've ever experienced).

But anyway, has ANYONE eaten there? TDLFAN? MagicalNezumi maybe?

If so, how are they? Are the high quality, or not so great? Do the meals taste completely authentic?

A friend once commented that those restaurants exist only to serve old Japanese people who are set in their ways and would never consider eating anything that wasn't strictly Japanese (my inlaws spring to mind lol). Is that the vibe of those places (lots of old folks "escaping" from the nasty western cuisine)?

I once enjoyed a rosted sesame seed encrusted salmon steak. They also do have some traditional Japanese dishes.

I really enjoy it. Much nicer meal than just eating at some other counter or buffeteria style place.
