I absolutely LOVED the announcer they had announcing the competitors; he was a combination of wrestling announcer and hyped-up Kermit the Frog announcing their guest star. Much of the hyperbole was surprisingly well written and hilarious. Eating contests are an odd sort of Americana, but Americana all the same.
