We find the staff to be very friendly. We haven't "done" DLH concierge for about 3 years so from what I'm remembering the food offerings are pretty much the same. DLH probably has a bit more. PPH lounge closes at 8pm which isn't great. We've never run into crowding at either lounge but others have written about food being gone and not replaced, etc at both lounges so I guess that's a time of year, luck of the draw thing. Do you have specific likes at the DLH? I might be able to tell you if they have that at PPH
