Disney has a reputation for replacing long term musicians with new people. The new hires don't get paid as much as the long termers. It really is just we Disney nuts who object, however. The average guest enjoys the music and doesn't really care who the individuals are.

And the Perfect Gentlemen do many of the old Dans songs and routines. Their website is at http://www.theperfectgentlemen.us/. And no, I'm not affiliated with them. My wife and I just saw them last week here in Northern California. They also played at the Alameda County Fair this year and we made two trips just to see them. It was well worth it.

We just saw the new guys at the beginning of Oct. If you want to here them I posted videos on my youtube. They saw me and my friend singing along and asked us to come up after they were done and thanked us for watching and enjoying the music.
